Fresh Handpicked Desi Gulab are brought to AGE, where petals are gently removed from the flower and sent for quality check. Damaged, dry petals or petals that don’t meet the quality standards are discarded. High-quality, beautiful rose petals are then cleaned at the right temperature to remove all the impurities and cleaned again with plain water to remove the leftover impurities. The cleaning process is repeated 3 times to ensure that no impurity is left and the petals are thoroughly cleaned.
Again, the petals go through a quality check, and only those approved are then sent to the manufacturing unit to make gulab jal through the double distillation process. Rose petals are added to double distilled water (Double Distilled Purified Aqua) and then heated in a clean and hygienic environment. This process takes days as the steam slowly gets collected in a vessel and cooled down; and then mixed with Kashmiri Attar (Rose Damascena Flower Oil) in a beautiful technique. This blend is left to rest until combined to create a delicate infusion, AGE Gulab Jal or in fancy words Pure Rose Hydros, or Rose Mist, or give any name you want.
